1. Welcome to MirrorFrame
MirrorFrame provides a space for reflective connection. These Terms apply to anyone who visits our site, joins the waitlist, creates a Mirror, or participates in a Circle. By using MirrorFrame, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility and account safety
You must be at least 18 years old to use MirrorFrame. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms or harm the community.
3. Your content
Your Mirror, reflections, circle posts and other contributions belong to you. You give MirrorFrame a limited licence to host, display and process them solely to operate the service. Do not post content that is hateful, harassing, illegal, sexually explicit, or that impersonates someone else.
4. Membership and billing
MirrorFrame offers Free, Plus and Founder Circle memberships. Paid subscriptions are handled by our payment provider and are subject to their terms. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. Conduct and safety
MirrorFrame is built around respect and intention. Harassment, spam, manipulation, or unwanted contact are not allowed. We provide tools to block, report and end connections. We may take action on reports at our discretion.
6. Beta status
MirrorFrame is currently in beta in Oslo, Norway. Features, pricing and availability may change as we learn. We will communicate material changes by email or in-app notice.
7. Limitation of liability
MirrorFrame is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or zero if you use the Free plan. We are not responsible for the conduct of other members or for offline meetings.
